DIAS System temporarily unavailable [3nd report]

2026/03/06 22:00 (JST/GMT+9) Third report

All DIAS services have been restored by this afternoon. If any services are still not working correctly, please inform the DIAS office.

For some datasets, it may take some time to complete the uploading of data that was supposed to be uploaded during the system failure period. We are working hard to resolve the problem, so please be patient.

Again, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

2025/03/05 13:30 (JST/GMT+9) Second report

The failure is ongoing, and almost all DIAS services have been still unavailable.

According to our investigations so far, it is thought that the power outage that occurred at around 10:13 on March 4th, 2025, in the area where the DIAS system is installed was the direct cause of the failure. Unfortunately, this power outage occurred twice in succession, and the second lasted a minute and a half.

We started recovery work this afternoon, but the time for complete service resumption is unclear. Some services may be temporarily accessible due to the work, but please refrain from using the system, such as downloading data sets, until the announcement of complete recovery.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

2025/03/04 11:05 (JST/GMT+9) First report

Since around 10:00 on March 4, 2025, the DIAS system has been experiencing problems, and access to some web services and analysis environments has been unavailable.

The scope of the impact and other details are currently being investigated, and we will provide updates on this page, including when the system will be restored.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
