[Important] Amendment to Privacy Policy

We would like to inform you that DIAS will implement an amendment to its Privacy Policy on December 25, 2025.

This amendment is associated with updates to the DIAS account system. The key changes include:

• Modification of personal information items collected during DIAS account creation
• Changes to personal information items collected when applying for dataset usage
• Addition of personal information items collected when applying for application usage
• Updates reflecting the change in legal basis (from Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Independent Administrative Agencies to Act on the Protection of Personal Information), including clarification of certain provisions
• Addition of clauses regarding outsourcing of personal data handling and joint use

By logging in with your DIAS account after this amendment takes effect, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Privacy Policy.

For existing DIAS account holders, upon your first login after the amendment, you will automatically be redirected to the account profile registration and confirmation screen. Some new items have been added. Please review and update your existing information and provide the newly required details.

If you do not agree to the amended Privacy Policy, you will not be able to use DIAS services that require DIAS account login. If you wish to delete your DIAS account, please notify the DIAS Secretariat accordingly.
