Due to several reasons, DIAS system is still unavailable.

Almost all of DIAS system will be unavailable due to the scheduled maintenance,

from August 20, 2021 12:00 to August 23, 2021 15:00 (Tokyo/GMT+9),

including all application, downloading datasets, and submitting request for data usage permission.

Also the core system will be unavailable.
