Almost all of DIAS system will be unavailable due to the scheduled power outage.

from December 17, 2021 12:00 to December 20, 2021 15:00 (Tokyo/GMT+9),

including all application, DIAS account registration, downloading datasets, and submitting request for data usage permission.
Also the core system will be unavailable.

We will notify on this page as soon as the system is restored, or if there is a significant delay.
