The DIAS Support Desk will be unavailable during the following period due to the summer holidays:

Suspension period:

from August 12 (Tue), 2025 to August 15 (Fri), 2025.

We will begin responding to inquiries received during this period starting Monday, August 18, 2025, in the order they were received. During the closure, we will make every effort to respond to inquiries deemed urgent.
