[Update #3 - December 1] DIAS System is Currently Down
[Update #3 - December 1]
All systems have now been restored.
However,
- the supplementation of near real-time data for the period during which the systems were down will be carried out gradually. It is expected to take some time before this process is completed.
- Some applications may still exhibit unstable behavior. If you believe an application is not functioning correctly, please contact the DIAS Secretariat.
We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience and disruption caused by the prolonged system outage.
[Update #2 - November 27]
The system outage has been identified as resulting from a voltage drop that occurred across a wide area of the Kanto region around 7:00 PM on November 26. This incident required status checks and restarts for most servers.
Full restoration of the system is expected by the afternoon of November 28 or later.
We deeply regret the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued understanding and patience.
[Update #1 - November 26]
Due to an unexpected power outage at the facility where the system is installed, almost all DIAS systems are currently down.
There is no estimated timeline for recovery at present.
Any new information will be posted on this page.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
