XRAIN delivery trouble (Jul.17 updated)

(Updated at 14:43, 2022/07/17)

The distribution of new data seems to have been restored since around 17:00 (JST) on July 15, 2022.

However, we have not been able to complete the missing data before this time.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

A failure occurred at the source of XRAIN data distribution to DIAS on July 8, 2022 at around 5:00 p.m., and it appears not yet been restored.

As a result, XRAIN composite precipitation data is frequently missing, and the “XRAIN Composite Precipitation Data Visualization and Download System” is also malfunctioning.

The restoration has not been determined at this time. We will inform you of the problem on this page, as soon as we get any information on that.

Please note that only the “composite” data is missing, and the “raw” and “intermediated” data are being delivered as usual.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our users.

Thank you for your understanding.
