[Apr. 6 Partly Resumed] Part of XRAIN Data Distribution Suspended

[Apr. 6 3rd Report]

We are happy to report that the distribution of XRAIN quasi-real-time data has resumed since the relay server’s problem was resolved.

Meanwhile, we are working hard to supplement the data during the suspension period, but it is still expected to take several weeks or more to complete.

We will post on this page as soon as we get new information.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

[Jan. 23 2nd Report]

This is a follow-up report (second report) on the partial suspension of XRAIN data distribution occurring since 5 January 2024, 09:38(JST/GMT+9).

As a result of the investigation, it has been determined that the cause of the inability to receive quasi-real-time data is due to a failure of the relay server that distributes XRAIN data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism (MLIT) to the DIAS.

The MLIT has informed us that the failure of this relay server is expected to be restored by the end of March 2024. Alternative measures are being considered until restoration is complete, including supplementation of missing data.

We will post on this page as soon as we get new information.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
