This system supports data providers (observers) in metadata registration for fixed-point and mobile observation data in the fields of climate, weather, and hydrology.
Data is uploaded for each observation station. The provider inputs the metadata associated with the quality-controlled data and other items necessary for metadata, and created a document explaining the final product data and a metadata file (a metadata XML file for DIAS river basin observation data).
